This Program shows how you can feel more confident and begin to be the person you were destined to be -- How to be your best.
"How can I improve my self-confidence"? "How can I increase my
self-esteem"? "How can I feel less shy"? "How can I feel less
embarrassed"? "How can I be more outgoing"? Alternatively, clients
say things like, "I want to be more confident", "I want to be less
self-conscious", "I want to be more assertive and not be afraid to say
what I think" and finally, "I want to stop sabotaging myself".
Without any doubt at all, these have been the most commonly asked questions and
the most common opening statements from clients throughout my whole
career. These are the primary questions and issues. These are the
questions and statements from all ages, from both sexes, from all
cultures and communities.
What can you do about it? How can you improve self-confidence and get rid of your self-sabotage tendencies?
This manual shows how.
The strategies outlined in these pages have been refined over the
last 20 years or more of my work as a psychologist and coach. They
work. They are the keys to success. Numerous clients of mine will
tell you so.
But there is a catch. You have to make them work. You have to be
prepared to put in the effort. Do so and you’ll see the rewards.
Are you ready to give it a go? Are you really prepared to invest energy and time to this? Are you up for this?
No doubt you are already one of those few who are seeking to better
themselves, to grow and to personally develop. You probably wouldn't
be reading this right now if you weren't concerned to grow and seek to
fulfil your potential and feel better about yourself.
This is a 3 Stage Program.
Stage 1: Get rid of negative self-talk -- learn to think positively. Is the cup half empty or half full?
Stage 2: Get rid of negative talk i.e. what you say out-loud -- learn to be a positive speaker
Stage 3: Get rid of your negative self-image -- learn to see yourself in a positive light with a healthy self-image.
The program will :
show you why you think that you are inferior
show you why inferiority feelings are a myth
how to eliminate negative self-talk
how to think more positively
how to talk in more positively
how to create a positive image of yourself
how to feel and act more positively
how to feel that you can cope better
Then, let's do it. What have you got to lose?
